Most graphic designers out there actually don’t know the proper way to deliver designs to their clients once they’re finished designing them. Producing logos in a vector format allows you as the client to stretch them to any size you need, and the logos won’t lose quality. This means I can design a logo that is the size of a dime and you can stretch it to the size of a billboard and the quality will be better than ever. Most designers don’t deliver their logos this way. They deliver them as a raster file, which means they get funky and distorted when they’re stretched, which is going to leave you with some pretty ugly and incredibly sloppy branding.
